The staff was phenomenal! They were kind, efficient, courteous, and welcoming. The location was absolutely perfect. We came to visit for the zoo, children's museum, canal walk and other touristy things. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance or a very short (5 to 8 minute) drive away. The hotel was spotless from lobby to room.

Great location and beautiful location. This is my second time staying here and I forgot they dont have a pool. Room was clean and staff was nice.
Very clean and nice hotel within close proximity of everything downtown so you can park once and walk it out! The staff was super friendly and checking in and out was easy peasy. Would stay here again and again!

Great staff, food and location. Proximity to everything downtown was a huge bonus. Walking distance to the stadium, university and many restaurants and bars.
Right next to Everwise Amphitheatre. Bar open inside until midnight. Welcoming vibe with people hanging out in the lobby. Two complementary water bottles in room. Bed comfortable, black out curtains, tv worked. We parked in the underground parking across the street for 30. Saw hotel parking was $35.
Love the proximity to the zoo and the amphitheater!! A lovely space for music and a stroll and animals !
